2018 Chapter Show

14th ANNUAL CHAPTER SHOW

October 11 - 19, 2018

Deadline for entry:  September 19, midnight.  (Kit Bell will be doing the entries that come in after Sept. 6 as Cathie is gone until October 3. )

Our chance to shine and show our stuff comes around each fall.  This year we moved the show to October to give you another month to paint something wonderful.  We are also allowing up to 5 entries per person, with 3 that can hang in the show. 

If you need photos taken or your entry done for you by Cathie, you must make arrangements to do so by the Labour Day Weekend at the latest. 

There are two levels of entry, jurors' choice and chapter choice.  Both will hang in the show at the Old Courthouse. Set up day is Wednesday, October 10 and take down will be Friday, October 19. (There was a booking error at the city but they compensated us for the inconvenince and shorter show.)  Opening day will be Thursday, October 11 during the day, with the awards ceremony that night.  Friday will be our Passion for Painting demo day at the Valleyview Community Hall.
